Cancellation Policy

Edmund Tan School of Golf - Cancellation Policy: At Edmund Tan School of Golf, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all our students, we have outlined the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will allow us to accommodate other students. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours' Notice) & No Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time and if a student fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notification, the full lesson fee will be charged. This charge helps cover the instructor’s time and reserved facility space. Medical or Emergency Cancellations: In the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these cases on a case-by-case basis to offer flexibility. Weather-Related Cancellations: Lessons may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of the instructor. Any weather-related cancellations will not incur a fee and will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for canceled lessons. However, if a lesson is canceled with appropriate notice, the lesson can be rescheduled for another available time.
